After much discussion on wether to reshell it or repair the damage he chose to repair it, with only 4 or 5 weeks before the next race we may be cutting it fine.

Any rusty sections are cut out and remade by hand.
Rust repair sections in the door panel are next, its easier to repair now with the absence of the front wing.

Roof back in line.
Nasty kink has disappeared.
Door closes better than before.
Door handle area was crushed and bent.
Passenger wing now straight.
